Tom is trained as an engineer and is a registered professional engineer. After working at The Dow Chemical Company for 33 years, Tom opened TCParker & Associates in 2013 and represents Tile Bond Roof Tile Adhesive. Sales, technical support, product approvals and customer support are his focus. Tom is a member of the Tile Roofing Institute Alliance (TRIA) and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association (FRSA) where he is a member of the codes committee.
Sheri Parker

Sheri has a background in business with a specialty in Human Resources. She worked for The Dow Chemical Company for 27 years and joined TCParker & Associates in 2013. She manages our business operations, including our certification training program and our company website. Her focus is ensuring that customers have the necessary technical certifications and resources to properly install our products.
Jose Rivero
Technical Service Consultant
Jose is a licensed roofing contractor who specializes in tile roofing. He has 20+ years of experience as a roofer and is based in Miami, Florida. Jose performs our hands-on certified installer training as well as performing technical troubleshooting, and he is fluent in both English and Spanish.
